MAINTENANCE

The primary function of PRM is to ensure all of our client’s properties are maintained. As we expect and demand that the tenants pay their rent on time, the tenants expect and deserve that maintenance concerns are addressed timely, completely and professionally.
•PRM maintains a 24 hour a day, seven days a week emergency maintenance hot line.
•Emergency repairs, including fire, flooding, no heat in the winter or other issues that would cause damage to tenant or property are addressed immediately. Therefore, owners will be required to maintain a $250.00 operating reserve.
