The primary function of PRM is to ensure all of our client’s properties are maintained. As we expect and demand that the tenants pay their rent on time, the tenants expect and deserve that maintenance concerns are addressed timely, completely and professionally.
•PRM maintains a 24 hour a day, seven days a week emergency maintenance hot line.
•Emergency repairs, including fire, flooding, no heat in the winter or other issues that would cause damage to tenant or property are addressed immediately. Therefore, owners will be required to maintain a $250.00 operating reserve.

Fees
There are NO hidden fees with PRM as your property management company.

• $75 monthly management fee
• $150 annual account set-up
• $350 marketing fee includes all newspaper/print advertising, yard signage, lockbox and internet advertising.
• $300 leasing fee includes high-quality lease agreement, tenant application and verification
• $250 maintenance reserve

Leasing
Our experienced team of leasing professionals is constantly aware of current market conditions. With the high volume of calls generated from PRM’s aggressive marketing strategies, the leasing team strives to rent your property in the shortest time possible.
PRM uses a thorough six point tenant screening process which enables us to find quality residents for your property. Our rental agreement has been developed over the years to include effective clauses that protect both the owner and tenant. In addition, all required disclosures are made to ensure compliance with legal requirements. We can also transfer your existing resident to our lease agreement if applicable.
Lease Purchase
